The Foodie Doula Training Program
This training program is an 8 week course that meets both virtually and in person. This course focuses on training birth-workers on how to legally and effectively incorporate holistic perinatal meal prep and food based products into their doula business model.
Perinatal nutrition is an integral part of empowering a birthing person. In this course you will learn about the fundamentals of perinatal nutrition, and how certain foods biologically work to support lactation, mental health, and reduce the risk of common perinatal health related complications. This course also explores traditional perinatal nutrition practices from around the world, so that doulas can nourish clients through and integrative and holistic lens.
